Because these teams rely on the tool to oversee daily operations, the system needed to present complex data clearly while supporting fast decision-making. My role was to design an interface that balanced powerful administrative functionality with clarity and ease of use.

Overview
Challenge
The project involved designing the core screens of the platform’s back-office system, including the dashboard, player management interface, reporting tools, and authentication flow.
Since this system would be used by administrators to oversee platform activity and manage player accounts, the interface needed to support a wide range of operational tasks while remaining easy to navigate.
To ensure consistency across the product, I established a basic set of style and layout guidelines. The designs were informed by detailed product documentation and structured datasets, including Google tables outlining user categories, player states, and reporting requirements.
The main challenge was translating complex administrative workflows and large datasets into an interface that remained clear and efficient for daily use.
Back-office systems often require presenting multiple layers of information — player data, activity logs, financial reports, and operational metrics — without overwhelming the user. The goal was to structure this information so that administrators could quickly locate what they needed while maintaining a coherent and predictable interface aligned with the platform’s brand.
Solution
Through several iterations and regular feedback sessions with the stakeholders and development team, I designed a back-office interface focused on clarity, structure, and efficient data management.
The solution centers around a clean, modular layout that allows administrators to quickly navigate between key operational areas such as player management, reports, and platform monitoring. A persistent sidebar organizes the system into clear functional sections, reducing cognitive load and making it easier for staff to locate the tools they need.
To ensure clarity across data-heavy screens, I established a restrained color palette and consistent spacing system that minimizes visual noise. Interface elements such as cards, tables, and metric panels follow a consistent pattern, creating a predictable structure that helps users scan information quickly.
Dashboard
The dashboard provides a high-level overview of platform activity, surfacing metrics such as registered players, active tables, gameplay activity, and financial performance. Key indicators are displayed as concise summary cards, allowing administrators to quickly assess the current state of the platform before exploring deeper data through reports or player management tools.
Player Management
One of the core parts of the system is the player management interface, which allows administrators to review and manage individual player accounts. The player list view was designed as a structured data table with search, sorting, and quick editing actions, enabling staff to quickly locate users and perform administrative tasks.
Each player profile page consolidates multiple layers of information — gameplay activity, financial data, verification status, and administrative notes — into collapsible sections. This structure keeps the interface manageable while still providing access to detailed information when needed.


Reporting and Data Monitoring
To support operational oversight, the reporting interface presents key gameplay and financial metrics in structured tables that allow administrators to review player performance and platform activity. Filters and sorting controls make it easier to analyze different segments of data without overwhelming the interface.
